If there is one behaviour we should benefit from to get through these \u2018unprecedented\u2019 times, it\u2019s the skill of being resilient. <\/p>\n
THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY RESILIENT PEOPLE <\/strong><\/p>\n The COVID-19 situation has had a massive impact on our lives, both professional and personal. A forced period of working from home has put a new emphasis on the definition of work-life balance. We needed to find coping mechanisms to make it work, and so it became our \u2018new norm\u2019. Now we are being asked to prepare to get back to the office and leave our most recent \u2018comfort zone\u2019. These two periods of sudden change have caused confusion for some, and consternation for many. Our ability to cope and find a way through has been put to the test. <\/p>\n The answer is to build your resilience. For some, this comes naturally. They are able to deal with the crises, create new solutions, and find ways to \u2018pivot\u2019 their way of working. But, for most, it\u2019s not been so easy. Their ability to change their mind-set doesn\u2019t come so naturally. <\/p>\n
