ADAPTATION IN THE SHADOW OF THE TARGET OPERATING MODEL<\/strong><\/p>\n Our clients are now having to revisit some of the fundamental assumptions of their corporate and business strategy, and as a result, many of these clients will increase their appetite for strategic change to their business model and operating model.<\/p>\n This has the potential to be an exciting time for us as consultants, yet it is not always a blessing to live in exciting times. To maximise our opportunities to deliver value, we need to appreciate how this change in the environment might impact our engagements, and what actions and mitigations we can take for the mutual benefit of the client and ourselves.<\/p>\n
